Studio Apartment:
120€ per night including Sauna, bed linen, towels and all charges, plus 90€ cleaning fee.
Minimum stay 2 nights
Duplex Apartment:
240€ per night including Sauna, bed linen, towels and all charges, plus 140€ cleaning fee.
Minimum stay 2 nights, additional bed 20€ per night
Entire House:
360€ per night including Sauna, bed linen, towels and all charges, plus 230€ cleaning fee. Minimum stay 2 nights, additional bed 20€ per night
The apartments are available on the day of arrival from 4:00 PM and until 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
On Sundays and holidays, late check-out can be booked for 60€ per apartment and arrivals are only possible upon request.
Pets are not allowed.
The apartments are not barrier-free.
Seasonal periods:
Different prices and a minimum stay of 5 nights apply for Easter, Christmas, New Year's Eve/New Year, and the first week of January.
Payment conditions:
After booking, a deposit of 30% of the rent is due, and the booking is binding only upon receipt of this deposit.
The remaining amount is due before arrival, 30 days before the start of the rental period.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation is possible up to 31 days before the rental period begins. If canceled between 30 days and 14 days before the rental period, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total rental amount is due. Cancellations made within 14 days of the rental period will incur the full rental amount.
Different terms and conditions apply for events, corporate functions, photo shoots, or commercial use.
